MBC: April/May Boot Camp is coming to you April 19th! 

Join us at MBC as we kick off our 11th year of Boot Camp! 

We are not your typical gym.

 MBC is a boutique fitness class  studio with one trainer leading your workouts, writing your workouts and helping you and your fellow MBC Community reach their goals. 

Your trainer and program designer Jennifer has taught over thousands of classes and helped so many people not only get healthier, lose weight, reach goals and believe in themselves.

Camp starts Monday April 19th,  2021 at the Studio (1100 Pike Street Marietta, Ohio)

Program Based 

Our 5-Week Boot Camp program is designed to help you gain strength, build endurance, feel more energetic and more confident and in 2021 we are focusing on Core and Upper Body strength this session. 

 Each class and each week is designed to help you increase your fitness!

 Classes are held indoors at our MBC Studio and  outdoors at various locations throughout beautiful downtown Marietta and Williamstown and includes stairs, hills, running drills and more. 

We utilize weights, body weight, HIIT training, Spin, Barre, Yoga and more. 

Perfect for those who like an out of the box class style. 

Accountability 

Our  Boot Camp is held 6/7 days a week and you and your fellow sweat squad will be rising and shining together each day or sweating it out after work and on the weekends. 

Our goal is holding you accountable over the next 5-Weeks to help you reach your Spring Fitness Goals. 

Results 

Whether it's to get stronger, faster or lose inches.... Give us 5 days a week PLUS your bonus work, use your My Fitness Pal, Sleep and Hydrate and you will see results. 

You have to be consistent and patient the results will come. 

It's a lifestyle not a diet!

Your MBC Spring  Boot Camp Schedule: 

We have your workouts covered plus we have some fun, sweaty events to get you ready for summer. 

All of our classes will be held at the MBC Studio and off site and outdoors.  

You will get your class calendar on Day #1. In the event of snow, ice and temps below 30 we will have class at the MBC Studio. 


All of our classes can accommodate most fitness levels

Due to Covid you will need free weights (5,8 or 10 pounds) and a mat for your classes.


Your pass is valid for ALL MBC classes that are offered from April 19th-May 15th, 2021
