PUMPED is our new class with the powerful combination of weight training and cardio to get you toned, tight and stronger over our 4-week training progression.
This class is for women only and can accommodate most fitness levels.
You will need to bring a mat and a set of light and heavy weights with you to class.
Class is held Monday and Wednesday Nights from 5:30-6:15pm.
You will need to reserve your spot.
4 class and 8 class pass available.
