Who is ready for a NEW MONTH~ We ARE!
First off, who is MBC?
We are a Boot Camp studio that is focused on empowering women through fitness. We understand the daily battles that women have to go through, from rearranging their schedules to accommodate their families or staying late at work to support themselves. The sacrifices women make often result in sacrificing their own health and wellness.
MBC is here to help change that. We are here to offer unique workouts that will build your self confidence and help you become the champion you need to be in every aspect of your life.

Join us January 31, 2022 through February 27th, 2022 for our February Boot Camp Challenge.
Pick your class package: 8, 12, Unlimited.
With over 23 class options, plus our optional Beginner Half Marathon training you pop into those that work with your schedule based on your purchased package.
All classes are 45-90minutes in length at the MBC Studio. Check out our class schedule page for days and times.
All workouts are designed to accommodate most fitness levels.
If you can Squat and Plank ....you CAN do Boot Camp! HOOAH!
Included in your February Camp Challenge:
You will need a mat and set of weights for all of our MBC Classes.
All classes will utilize body weight, weights, medicine balls, step benches, spin bikes, HIIT training, Barre fitness, Yoga.
