MARIETTA| Boot Camp

Designed to take your fitness to the next level. Class incorporates cardio drills such as running, power walking, plyometrics and resistance training using various pieces of equipment plus it is held indoors s so you never get bored! 

Our Signature class since 2010! 

PUMPED UP STRENGTH 

8:15am Fridays 

60 minutes of total body muscular endurance training for women! We use a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, sliders, medicine balls through a variety of exercises to help you build lean muscle and reach your fitness goals faster. 

KICKBOXING 

8:15am Tuesdays   

Our high intensity format combines traditional CARDIO KICKBOXING exercises with high intensity intervals. Punch and kick your way to your fittest body! 

SPIN + SCULPT  

 11:30am Thursday's & 8:15am Thursdays 

This is our favorite Fusion Class using our indoor cycling bikes to get that heart rate up and pumping then we finish with 30 minutes of muscle sculpting Barre work!
