Our signature Barre workout, each MBC Barre class features a combination of movements that enhance flexibility, improves balance, challenges your core and helps to lift and tighten your arms, bum and thighs.
With a foundation in Pilates, ballet and functional fitness our MBC Barre is high-intensity yet low-impact and will leave every muscle feeling recharged and energized!
Class uses barre, goes barre less, bands, balls, sliders and weights.
