We are officially in Spring Mode at MBC and can't wait to kick off our April Boot Camp with you as part of our Fit Fam on April 6th, 2020! 

Join us at MBC as we kick off our 10th year of Boot Camp! 

We are not your typical gym.

 MBC is a boutique fitness class  studio with one trainer leading your workouts, writing your workouts and helping you and your fellow MBC Community reach their goals. 

Your trainer and program designer Jennifer has taught over thousands of classes and helped so many people not only get healthier, lose weight, reach goals and believe in themselves.

Program Based 

Our 4-Week Boot Camp program is designed to help you gain strength, build endurance, feel more energetic and more confident and in 2020 we are focusing on flexibility! 

 Each class and each week is designed to help you increase your fitness!

 Classes are indoors, outdoors (weather permitting)  includes stairs, hills, running drills and more. 

We utilize weights, body weight, HIIT training, Spin, Barre, Yoga and more. 

Perfect for those who like an out of the box class style. 

Accountability 

Our  Boot Camp is held 5 days a week and you and your fellow sweat squad will be rising and shining together each day or sweating it out after work and on the weekends. 

Our goal is holding you accountable over the next 4-weeks to help you reach your March Goals. 

Results 

Whether it's to get stronger, faster or lose inches.... Give us 6 days a week PLUS your bonus work, use your My Fitness Pal, Sleep and Hydrate and you will see results. 

You have to be consistent and patient the results will come. 

It's a lifestyle not a diet!

Your March Madness Boot Camp Schedule: 

We have your workouts covered plus we have your mindset covered too with our weekly coaching and more. 

All of our classes will be held at the Studio and off site and outdoors for our March Boot Camp. You will get your class calendar on March 2nd. 


All of our classes can accommodate most fitness levels. We have all equipment on site. 

Your MBC Pass includes access to all of our March Classes. We have 8, 12 and Unlimited packages available. 

Your pass is valid 3/2-3/29 (we do not "roll over" passes).
